For a few folks driving on I-10 eastbound in Baton Rouge early Sunday morning, they were surprised by something you're not supposed to see -- headlights coming towards you.

Oh, no, we're not talking about headlights in the westbound lane. These were coming straight for eastbound drivers, as an alleged intoxicated man was driving on the wrong side of the interstate.

That man, 26-year-old Jarvis Grayson, was arrested after he not only drove westbound in the eastbound I-10 lane, but he also crashed into a Subaru SUV head-on.

And yes, you guessed it, he was driving intoxicated. (There was no information given about the condition of the driver that was hit.)

When authorities arrived at the scene, Grayson ran away and hid in a bush about a mile from the crash. He was eventually caught and brought back to the scene.

According to Louisiana State Police, Grayson admitted to drinking alcohol before the wreck. Troopers could easily smell alcohol on Grayson's breath.
