Powerball Winner – Louisiana Lottery : Ticket Wins $328 Million

On Saturday night across most of Louisiana, the cold air was filtering in, and "Snow Watch" had officially begun. Friday night the Louisiana Lottery confirmed a Mega Millions Jackpot of $113 had been claimed by a single ticket. That big-money winner was sold in Arizona. So, Louisiana's streak of no Mega Millions jackpot winners remains intact. But there is another big win we need to discuss that wasn't a part of Powerball last night. The Louisiana Lottery confirmed a ticket sold for Easy 5 claimed that the game's top prize of just over $186,000.

At the time of Saturday's drawing the estimated top prize in the Powerball Jackpot was listed at $328.1 million. The cash payout or lump sum payout on last night's win was estimated to be just over $146 million.
