This has been a pretty good year for LSU Gymnastics. The team made the Final Four of the recently concluded NCAA Gymnastics tournament. The Tigers, who according to many pundits, weren't really supposed to be there found themselves competing for a national title just a few days after the LSU Women's Basketball team won a national championship. The Tigers did fall short in the national title quest and did finish fourth in that meet behind Oklahoma, Florida, and Utah.

One of the shining stars on the LSU Gymnastics team is also a shining star outside of gymnastic competitions. If you know anything about Instagram or Tik Tok or social media in general then you know just who Olivia Dunne is.

Dunne's popularity on social media sites even caused some concern for her and the LSU team's security during at least one meet this season. The Tigers' Gymnastics Coach Jay Clark even addressed concerns about security to members of the media following a meet in Utah.

As you've probably figured out Olivia Dunne is a very beautiful, talented, and photogenic young woman. This has helped her earn a lot of money through influencer deals on social media. It's been estimated that Dunne's posts on social media have earned her at least $3.5 million dollars and the money is still coming in.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Dunne rose to fame on social media for creating videos and content based on what she called "beachnastics". Which showed off not only her talent as a gymnast but her incredibly fit physique as well.

In fact, Dunne may have just signed a NIL Deal that could be one for the record books.

That's right, Livvy has been asked to be a part of the iconic Sports Illustrated Magazine Swimsuit edition. That edition is by far the magazine's hottest seller and the deal will make Dunne one of the very few college athletes that have ever graced the pages for that reason.

Dunne wrote on her Twitter feed that the Sports Illustrated offer "made her dreams come true".

Based on what we've learned Dunne has just over 11.3 million followers on her social media platforms and is the most followed college athlete on social media. The only other athlete that Dunne is trailing in the On3 NIL 100 list is Bronny James, son of NBA star Lebron James.

Other members of the top ten on that list include two other Louisiana favorites, Angel Reese of the LSU women's basketball team and Arch Manning who is playing college football at the University of Texas.
