ESPN Host Pat McAfee recentlly gave the UL Ragin' Cajuns Football program a huge shoutout on his show for having the cheapest beer at college football games.

This all started when an in-state rival, the Tulane Green Wave, advertised they had the cheapest beer in stadiums for $3.

Well, UL came back with a quick announcement noting that beer at Cajun Field is sold for just $2 and the Cajuns reminded Tulane that they'll see it for themselves when they visit Cajun Field this football season.

McAfee's producers must have seen the Tweet sent out by UL Football and that is what was brought up on the show.

The ESPN host even pointed out that Tennessee has the most expensive beer in college football, but who cares about that when you can get a beer at UL for $2?

Now all we have to do is sit back for a few weeks until we can all enjoy the cheapest beer in the country at a college football game.

If you're curious, UL's first home game at Cajun Field, which is undergoing major renovations, is on August 31 when Grambling visits Lafayette, Louisiana.

One last thing, when Tulane does visit Cajun Field during the upcoming football season can we title the game, "The Beer Bowl?" I even have a great promotional idea for the winning team's fanbase.
