Former LSU Coach Brian Kelly Seen Eating Alone in Baton Rouge Restaurant
(Baton Rouge, Louisiana) - The university may have fired Former LSU Coach Brian, but that has not stopped him from stepping out in the capital city.
Kelly, who will be paid over $50 million to leave LSU, was seen alone at a popular Baton Rouge restaurant, Superior Grill. Many questioned why he was alone, but my sources say his family has already departed Baton Rouge for a quick trip to their South Florida property.
However, Kellly was not ashamed to show his face in public as he walked into one of the more popular restaurants in Baton Rouge and had a meal alone.
The former LSU football coach was seen sitting alone, scanning the menu, likely thinking about the second-largest buyout in college football history. While no final agreement has been reached on the buyout, Kellly knows he's about to get paid a lot of money from LSU not to work, and perhaps this was his form of celebration.
Some speculated that Kelly may have ordered the most expensive queso on the menu, while others speculated that he may have ordered several of Superior's signature margaritas to take home.
Whatever he got, you do have to applaud Kelly for stepping out in public even after the public firing and letdown at LSU this football season. One more joke that we saw on X after this photo surfaced was some suggesting that no one even wanted to sit near Kelly; we'll let you decide on that one.
Here's the photo of the former coach in the Baton Rouge establishment.
