If there's one thing Shreveport-Bossier does extremely well, it's food. From gourmet meals to street tacos, you can throw a rock in this town and hit a fantastic eatery. But that's just the 'brick & mortar' eateries. This town is jam packed with fantastic food trucks - where the menu can range from fried fish to extremely decadent donut burgers.

There's a TON of great food trucks in town. And this is by no means a complete list. But, we took to Facebook and asked a simple question: "What's your go-to food truck Shreveport-Bossier and why?"
And, unsurprisingly, we got TONS of responses. Over 100 people jumped in to offer up their opinions. CalTex BBQ & Joe's 2 Geaux got the most responses. But, there were tons of others names - some I've heard of, others that I can't wait to check out.
