Shreveport Man Wanted for Sexual Assault of a 10-Year-Old

Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department’s Sex Crimes Unit are actively searching for 21-year-old Laray Cawthorne in connection with a heinous crime. Cawthorne is wanted for the sexual assault of a 10-year-old child, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest on the charge of First-Degree Rape.

The Shreveport Police Department is urging the community to assist in locating this individual to prevent any further harm. Anyone with information on Laray Cawthorne's whereabouts is strongly encouraged to contact the SPD immediately.
