Stressed About Holiday Wrapping? Here’s a Free Hack in Canyon, TX
I am sure you have already started your Christmas shopping in Amarillo. If not, it is probably coming soon. Hopefully, you are not one of those who wait until the last minute, but it happens. I know I can't handle waiting like that, but some people thrive on the challenge.
Wrapping Presents Can Be Harder Than It Looks
After all of the presents are bought, the next step is to have the presents wrapped. Some people love that process. I am horrible at it. I know it's a skill I don't have.
My family says I should just throw everything in Christmas bags, but there is fun in watching my four-year-old granddaughter ripping open the paper. So I suffer through the wrapping.

The challenge can be finding a quiet place to wrap. Somewhere where you are not interrupted. Even more important is keeping those little eyes out of the room. They are excited, and they want to know what they got.
Canyon Library’s Free Wrapping Session: What You Need to Know
If you face the challenge of where you can go to wrap, then the Canyon Library is going to save the day. They are offering a place where you can get away and wrap those presents. They will even provide supplies, minus the wrapping paper. You provide your own.
ATTENTION PARENTS: Do you need a place to wrap presents without prying eyes?! Come to the library on Saturday, December 6th, from 12:00 - 2:00 PM. We will provide some gift wrapping supplies, tape, scissors, and plenty of room to wrap your gifts.
Why This Matters for Families
What a great idea. There will be no worries about the kiddos peaking and seeing what you got them. You can head home with everything wrapped and ready to go under the tree or even hidden away in the house.
The only problem is that you will have to wrap those presents yourself. So if you are like me, they still will look badly wrapped, but you won't have to struggle at home trying to wrap them. That is a victory in itself.
