
Things Going On This Weekend in Lake Charles And SWLA March 28-30
The weekend is here, y'all. After a long week of adulting and caring for things like work, bills, groceries, and laundry, you're ready to get out and have fun. Time to go see some live music, laugh a little, and hang out with some friends.
So, what are you looking to do? There are music concerts and even a comedy concert going on in the lake area to go check out.
Comedian and actor Marlon Wayans will be live in concert for a hilarious night of comedy at the Golden Nugget's Grand Event Center Friday night. He will hit the stage at 8:30 pm.
Then on Saturday night, get ready for Louisiana boy Frank Foster's return to the area as he will also perform live at the Golden Nugget's Grand Event Center starting at 8:00 pm.
The Charlie Wayne Band will be back for a big show and will be performing live Friday night at the Panaroma Music House in downtown Lake Charles. Charlie Wayne and his band will start at 9:00 pm and play until Midnight.
Several Farmers' Markets are going on Saturday morning in the area. One in Lake Charles located on Biblo Street by the old courthouse, one in Moss Bluff on Highway 378, and one in Westlake at Millers Super Saver on Sampson Street. All three markets' hours are from 8:00 am to Noon.
