Louisiana Casino Nominated For An Academy Of Country Music Award

In the state of Louisiana we are known for a few great things like our food, our local and unique style of music like Cajun and Zydeco, our beautiful wildlife and scenery, our party-like atmosphere, and our caisnos.

There are casino resorts located all over the state of Louisiana. There are casinos in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Shreveport, Lake Charles, Kinder, Opelousas, Marksville, and several indian based casinos too.

One of those Louisiana casinos just received a great honor by way of an Academy Of Country Music Award nomination. This isn't the first nomination for this casino resort from the ACMs either.

The casino receiving this award nomination and honor is the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The Golden Nugget is known for bringing the biggest names in country music to the resort inside their Grand Event Center. They have been nominated for the Best Casino -Arena category. Congrats to the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles. The 60th Academy Of Country Music Awards is set to air on Amazon Prime Video on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 7:00 pm Central time. The show will be hosted by Reba and will take place at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
