The Lake Charles Gumbeaux Gators' season will be here before we know it, and the roster is shaping up to be a pretty good one filled with local talent. The team announced that the FIRST Home Game will be COMPLETELY FREE!
The Lake Charles Gumbeaux Gators joined the Texas Collegiate League in 2024 and have already made a splash in Southwest Louisiana. With players from Division I, II, III, and junior colleges, the team features top talent from across the country and brings exciting baseball action to the Lake Area.
The Gators will face off against the Acadiana Cane Cutters in the second edition of the Battle of 337 Rivalry—one of the most exciting matchups in the Texas Collegiate League. This rivalry has quickly become a fan favorite.
And it’s not just about baseball! Fans can also enjoy a festive in-game Mardi Gras Parade and grab a Mardi Gras-themed drink, available every Tuesday home game this season.
Gates open at 6:00 p.m., and the first pitch is at 7:00 p.m. at Joe Miller Ballpark, so make sure to arrive early and soak in all the fun.
