Lake Charles Gumbeaux Gators Announce 2025 Schedule

The Gumbeaux Gators joined the Texas Collegiate League in 2024, providing an exciting minor league experience to baseball fans in Southwest Louisiana. With players from Division I, II, III, and Junior Colleges, the team showcases elite talent from across the nation while creating unforgettable memories for the local community.

The 2025 season will feature 48 regular-season games, with 24 hosted at the Gators’ home field, Joe Miller Ballpark. Known for its exciting minor league baseball vibe, the venue will once again be packed with top-tier talent, thrilling promotions, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Key Dates for the 2025 Season

The season kicks off on June 3rd, as the Gumbeaux Gators take on their rivals, the Acadiana Cane Cutters, at Joe Miller Ballpark. This matchup will reignite the Battle of 337 Rivalry, a fan-favorite series known for its intense competition.

Other highlights include a Fourth of July game against the Brazos Valley Bombers, promising patriotic fun both on and off the field. The popular Christmas in July event is also making a comeback on July 25th, when the Gators face the Baton Rouge Rougarou. Fans can expect festive decorations, holiday-themed promotions, and, of course, top-notch baseball.
