From a young age, Tracy was passionate about music and began performing in local venues. After moving to Nashville in the early 1990s, he signed a record deal and quickly made a name for himself.

His debut album, Sticks and Stones, was released in 1991 and became an instant success. The title track shot to the top of the Billboard country charts, launching his career and earning him a place in the spotlight.

Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, Tracy Lawrence released a string of hit songs that became country music staples. Classics like "Alibis," "Time Marches On," and "Paint Me a Birmingham" showcased his rich vocals and relatable lyrics.

Lawrence has earned multiple awards over his career, including Academy of Country Music (ACM) and Country Music Association (CMA) honors. He’s had over 40 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, with 18 reaching the Top 10 and eight hitting No. 1.

Country music fans, get ready! Tracy Lawrence is bringing his legendary voice to Lake Charles later on in 2025. He will perform live at the Golden Nugget Lake Charles inside the Grand Event Center on Saturday, May 24th, 2025, at 8:00 PM. Tickets for the concert go on sale Friday, February 21st, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
