Casey Peveto and his band will be live at Cajun Wharf, located at 3500 Ryan Street in Lake Charles, this Friday night. Casey and the band will take the stage starting at 8:00 pm and play until 11:00 pm that night.

Movies Under the Stars is back in Lake Charles. This Friday, April 4, 2025 the movie featured will be the animated musical, Wish. The movie is rated PG. This movie will be shown at Prien Lake Park, located at 3700 West Prien Lake Road in Lake Charles.

Louisiana Express will be live at T-doug's Cajun restaurant and dance hall Saturday night. T-Doug's is located at 15976 Highway 171 just South of Ragley. Louisiana Express will play from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm that night.

Leroy Thomas & The Zydeco Roadrunners will be performing live Friday night at Linda's Lounge, which is located on Lake Street in Lake Charles. Leroy will be jamming some Cajun and Zydeco music for you starting at 10:00 pm.

Cajun music artist Dustin Ray will be live Friday night at Chaser's Bar & Grill, located on the corner of Lake Street and University Drive in South Lake Charles. Dutin will hit the stage at 9:00 pm and play until midnight.

Several Farmers' Markets are going on Saturday morning in the area. One in Lake Charles located on Biblo Street by the old courthouse, one in Moss Bluff on Highway 378, and one in Westlake at Millers Super Saver on Sampson Street. All three markets' hours are from 8:00 am to Noon.
