USC gets stripped of its BCS title, while the latest BCS champion is being investigated.  Tennessee appears before the NCAA Committee on Infractions.  Bill Stewart has to resign at West Virginia.  Ditto Jim Tressel at Ohio State.  The Fiesta Bowl nearly loses its BCS affiliation.  Terrelle Pryor has to leave Ohio State rather than be declared ineligible.

College football is a mess right now.

And, there's no indication that it's going to get any better.  The worst part is anytime a team wins, there will be some, even within its own fanbase, that question whether they're doing it above board.

And according to an article on espn.com, lots of folks are concerned.  In fact, NCAA President Mark Emmert wants to talk to college presidents from around the country concerning the state of the game.
