For the sixth-consecutive week, the Arizona Wildcats sit atop the Associated Press Top 25 college basketball poll.

Arizona, who received 61 of a possible 65 first-place votes, won two games last week, defeating UCLA, 79-75, and USC, 73-53, both on the road, to improve to a perfect 17-0 on the season.

The Syracuse Orange, who received the other four first-place votes, are ranked second for the sixth-straight week.

Syracuse, who ran their record to 17-0 by downing Boston College, 69-59, on Monday night, will host #22 Pittsburgh on Saturday.

Wisconsin, who improved their season record to 16-0 by defeating Illinois, 95-70, last week, travels to Indiana on Tuesday, before hosting Michigan on Saturday.

Follow Big Ten member Michigan St. is also up one spot this week, to number four.

The Spartans, who captured home overtime wins over Ohio St. (72-68) and Minnesota (87-75) last week, improving their record to 15-1, have two road games this week, traveling to Northwestern on Wednesday, before heading to Illinois on Saturday.

The 17-0 Wichita St. Shockers crack the top five this week, after wins over Illinois St. (66-47) and Missouri St. (72-69, OT) last week.

Wichita St. will host Bradley on Tuesday night, before hosting Indiana St. on Saturday this week.

Villanova, Florida, Iowa St. Oklahoma St., and San Diego St. round out the top ten in this week's poll, in spots 6-10.

Slots 11-15 consists of Ohio St., Baylor, Kentucky, Iowa, and Kansas, while Massachusetts, Memphis, Louisville, Cincinnati, and Creighton hold down spots 16-20.

Finally, round out this week's Top 25, it's Colorado, Pittsburgh, Duke, and St. Louis at 21-24, with Oklahoma and UCLA tied for 25th.

Oregon, Gonzaga, Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas St. all dropped out from last week's poll.
