Free agent right-hander Matt Garza is one of the prime starting pitchers remaining on the Major League Baseball free agent market.

The 30-year old Garza, who compiled a 10-6 record, and a 3.82 ERA. while splitting time between the Chicago Cubs and the Texas Rangers in 2013, is 67-67, lifetime, with a 3.84 career ERA. in eight career seasons.

Garza began his career with the Minnesota Twins in 2006, before moving on to the Tampa Bay Rays in 2008, and the Cubs in 2011, before being traded to the Rangers last July.
