Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team fell at home in Sun Belt Conference action on Saturday, dropping a 57-50 decision to the Arkansas St. Red Wolves at the Cajundome.

For Louisiana, it was their 15th-consecutive loss, as they remain winless in conference play.

The Red Wolves led it, 31-26, at the half, and were able to hang-on for the seven-point win, despite the fact that UL got to within two points with under 4:00 to go.

The Cajuns were able to out-shoot the Red Wolves from the floor, 42%-41%, and out-rebound them, 40-31, but were out-scored from beyond the three-point stripe, 18-0, which proved to be the difference in the game.

Arkansas St. was led by Jane Morrill, who poured in a game-high 24 points, while Josie West paced the Cajuns in a losing cause, with 14 points.

With the victory, Arkansas St. improved to 10-15 overall, and 4-8 in Sun Belt Conference play, while UL fell to 5-20 overall, and 0-13 in league play.
