The New Orleans Saints running back cut on his injured left ankle today for the first time since Sept. 26 when he sprained it in the fourth quarter of a game against the Atlanta Falcons.

Officially, he is listed as "did not practice" on the league's daily participation report, but Thomas suited up in full gear and worked in individual drills for the second consecutive day. He did not take part in team drills, but ran on the side to improve his conditioning.
