Pujols Or Fielder This Off-Season?
St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Albert Pujols will be a free at year's end, but so will Milwaukee Brewers first sacker Prince Fielder.
Considering Pujols will undoubtedly get a larger contract, is it possible that Fielder could actually be the better bargain?

Who would you rather sign to a contract, this off-season, Albert Pujols or Prince Fielder?
John Paul Morosi, of foxsports.com, says the answer may not be as obvious as you might think.
I don't think there's any doubt that Pujols is a better player than Fielder.
That's no knock against Fielder. Nobody has been a better hitter than Pujols since he first entered the league, back in 2001.
Fielder is an elite power-hitting first baseman though. This year, he's hitting .301, with 17 homers, and 55 RBI's.
Pujols is hitting a .277, with 14 homers, and 40 RBI's.
Each player has walked more times than they've struck out, this year.
Fielder is tremendous, but I'm taking Pujols, even if I do have to pay him more money. He's just one of those once-in-a-lifetime players.
