The Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Milwaukee Brewers, 4-3, at Miller Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Tuesday night, giving them their 81st victory of the year, and ensuring them of their first non-losing season since 1992.

The last time the Pirates had at least 81 wins in a year, their line-up had names such as Barry Bonds, Andy Van Slyke, Orlando Merced, and Steve Buechele in it, while Doug Drabek, Randy Tomlin, and Zane Smith headlined the pitching rotation.

To make the victory even sweeter, it increased the Pirates' lead in the NL Central to two games over the St. Louis Cardinals.

Pinch-hitter Travis Snider homered in the top half of the ninth inning off Jim Henderson to lift the Pirates to the win, and secure their first non-losing record in two decades.

Below, we see video of Pittsburgh centerfielder Andrew McCutchen, homering off of Milwaukee starter Yovani Gallardo, his 18th of the year, and the 100th of his career.
