Is reform coming to the NCAA?

Fifty-four college presidents and a cross section of athletic administrators and conference commissioners are meeting to discuss serious reform in how the NCAA does business.

The three main topics are increased academic standards, providing the full cost of scholarship (which could mean up to $3000 a year to student-athletes) and putting some teeth into NCAA legislation.

While meetings like these have, in the past, be more show than substance, those who are attending the meeting, led by NCAA President Dr. Mark Emmert, insist that won't be the case this time.
