LSU Falls To Boise St., 89-70
The LSU Tiger men's basketball team suffered their first loss of the 2012-2013 season on Friday night, falling to the Boise St. Broncos, 89-70, in non-conference action in Boise, Idaho.
Boise St. led at the half, 43-30, and then held on for the 19-point win.
The Broncos out-shot the Tigers from the field, 46%-44%, and also won the rebounding battle, 42-25.
Boise St. was led by Anthony Drmic, who scored a game-high 34 ;points, while Corban Collins paced LSU in a losing cause with 19 points.
With the victory, the Broncos improved to 7-2 on the season, while the Tigers fell to 6-1.
LSU returns to action on Tuesday night, when they'll be on the road to take on UC-Irvine.
