LHSAA Clinic Set For This Week In Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — The Louisiana High School Coaches Association Coaches Clinic gets underway this week in Baton Rouge.

Guest speakers, business meetings for the association and various sports and rules clinics for football and volleyball are set. The three-day event begins Tuesday at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge and continues through Thursday morning.

The Advocate reports that speakers include Texas A&M men's basketball coach Billy Kennedy, Louisiana-Lafayette football coach Mark Hudspeth and Southern men's basketball coach Roman Banks. Other speakers include Northwestern State men's basketball coach Mike McConathy and LSU-Eunice baseball coach Jeff Willis.
