The Chicago Cubs introduced Joe Maddon as their new manager on Monday.

The 60-year Maddon was most recently the manager for the Tampa Bay Rays for the last nine seasons (2006-2014), where he compiled an overall record of 754-705.

A two-time American League Manager of the Year (2008, 2011), Maddon guided the Rays to a trip to the World Series in 2008.

Maddon replaces Rick Renteria, who lasted only one season as the club's manager, and also becomes the fifth manager in the last six seasons.
