You remember Harvey Updyke, the Alabama fan accused of poisoning  the trees at Toomer's Corner in Auburn?

Well, Harvey's troubles keep mounting.

Already facing three counts in the Auburn case, Updyke was arrested in Hammond back on September 18th and booked into the Hammond City Jail on terrorizing charges.

According to the police report, Updyke became belligerent when he tried to return a lawn mower to a home improvement store and didn't get the money he was wanting for it.  The store manager called police when Updyke caused a scene.

According to the police, Updyke had a "sad story."  He said he had a bad heart and was going to jail anyway so he wouldn't back down in this particular case.

Updyke has a warrant for a similar charge in Texas.

But hey, Alabama is undefeated and ranked #1.

Roll Damn Tide.
