Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns left-hander Jordan Harrison, as expected, has come to terms with the Tampa Bay Rays and will forego his senior season to enter pro ball.

Tampa Bay drafted Harrison in the 25th round in the amateur draft last Wednesday.

Harrison was 3-3 with a 3.42 ERA for the Cajuns this past season.  He was named Sun Belt Conference pitcher of the week earlier this season after throwing a complete game one hitter against Western Kentucky.

Harrison joins T. J. Geith as former Cajuns in the Tampa Bay system.

The Cajuns are expected to sign a left handed pitcher to replace Harrison.
