Federer Upset At German Tennis Championships

HAMBURG, Germany (AP) — Roger Federer has lost to Argentine qualifier Federico Delbonis 7-6, 7-6 in the semifinals of the German Tennis Championships.

The four-time champion was outplayed by the 114th-ranked Delbonis, who advanced to his first career final.

Delbonis will play Fabio Fognini (FAH'-bee-oh fohn-YEE'-nee) of Italy in the final.
