Commodores Roll Past Tigers, 10-1

For the second straight day, the Vanderbilt Commodores scored double-digit runs, en route to a 10-1 SEC victory over the LSU Tigers, on Saturday, in Nashville, Tennessee. Bill Franques, of lsusports.net, has the story, below.

Left-hander Grayson Garvin limited LSU to one hit over seven innings Saturday and a four-run Vanderbilt sixth broke a 1-1 tie as the Commodores posted a 10-1 victory over the Tigers at Hawkins Field.

Third-ranked Vanderbilt improved to 34-5 overall, 13-4 in the SEC. LSU is 24-16 overall and 4-13 in conference play.
