Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns hopes of getting their first ever road win over an Automatic Qualifying school fell short Saturday as Arizona defeated the Cajuns 45-37,

Two Arizona touchdowns toward the end of the second quarter gave the Wildcats a 21-13 lead at halftime and Arizona never trailed in the second half.

Louisiana's Blaine Gautier tied the school record for touchdown passes in a season, throwing his 20th of the year.

And, Jamarlous Moten's 41 yard interception return for a touchdown was the Cajuns seventh "pick six" of the season, which ties an NCAA record set by Tennessee in 1971.

The Cajuns, now 8-4 on the season, will now wait to see who their opponent will be in the R&L Carriers New Orleans Bowl on December 17th.
